There is a $50.00 Application Fee, $500.00 standard Security Deposit, which can go up to 1 mont's rent depending on credit.
First-time renters should consider the following: your rental budget typically should be below 30% of your gross income, think about what your specific must haves are for your apartment, walk the community and apartment, ask what utilities might be included (or not), ask about the application process and be sure to read your lease.
We offer many ways to pay your rent, including online and in-person.
You may pay your rent online after you set up your resident account.
We do have monthly pet, garage and water and sewer fees.
Yes, you are required to have renter's insurance.
Trash is included in your rent.
You must call Baltimore Gas and Electric to set up your electricity. Management will set up your water and sewer fees.
We offer Comcast for cable and internet. Verizon will only be able to service your internet needs.
Friends and family make the best neighbors! We offer resident referrals. Please contact the leasing office for more details.
Guest are allowed to stay for up to 14-days without being added onto the lease.
We don't offer price reductions for longer lease terms.
All residents must pay a deposit of $500.00.
Unfortunately we do not offer subletting.
Late fees are 5% of your rent.
101 Ellwood offers a rooftop terrace, 24 hour gym, residents lounge and courtyard.
Outdoor spaces can be used from 9:00am-10:00pm.
We do have covered parking garages available for $100.00 per month.
Washer and dryers are included in every apartment home.
Yes, we love your furry friends. We allow up to two pets per apartments. Breed restrictions will apply.
There is a one-time deposit of $300 and monthly pet rent of $75. These fees are applied per pet.
Yes, we do enforce breed restrictions. Please contact the leasing office for more details.
No we do not have a dog park. However we are next door neighbors to the biggest park in Baltimore City. Patterson Park has a dog park for our residents to use.
All apartments come with an electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, and washer/dryer.
No we do not offer furnished apartments.
We offer leases between 6-15 months.
We currently do not offer corporate leases.
Yes we do offer package acceptance in the lease office.
Our fitness center is open 24/7 for our residents to use.
We offer a variety of cardio equipment and weights.
Quiet hours are from 10:00pm-8:00am.
If you would like to hold a private event in the Residents lounge there is a fee of $250.00 for 6 hours.
Our community is conveniently located off of I-83 or I-95.
Pratt Street is our nearest cross street.
Yes, we have public transportation nearby with the metro bus stop located on the Robinson St side of the building.
Our community is located next to Baltimore City's biggest playground, Patterson Park. You are also only a 10 min walk away from Caton Square where you will find a vibrant nightlife scene.
Our community is located in the Baltimore City School District with Highlandtown Elementary.
The nearest dog park is located in Patterson Park, which is just one block away.
Bike trails are located in Patterson Park.
The closest shopping center is The Shops at Caton Crossing. It is about a 5 min drive away.
Pie time is a short 2 minutes from the community.
Yes, we offer on-site maintenance.
Every apartment is services, painted and cleaned before move in.
You can place a maintance request online or you can call the main office line to submit a request on the phone.
Every maintenance ticket is responded to within 24 hours. All emergency maintenance tickets (fire, flood, electrical) will be responded to immediately.
No, you do not need to be present for work order to be performed.
If you are locked out, you can call the emergency maintenance line and someone will assist you.
You are free to decorate. However, holes that are bigger than standard nail holes need to be patched before you leave. If you paint a wall you must prime it before you leave.
